Service to BluePlus members who are ambulatory. Transportation provided to medical, dental, physical therapy or eye exams. Three business days advance notice is needed to schedule a ride. 651-662-8648
Metro Mobility
Available to anyone not able to use regular bus service due to disability. Service to medical appointments, grocery store, visiting, congregate dining, social services, recreation and personal, retail and more. Monday - Sunday (5:00am-1:00am). Sub-Saharan African Youth and Family Services in MN
Transportation services are available for getting to and from medical appointments, pharmacies, support group meetings, and meal programs. Clients receive either a bus card or transportation by staff in an Agency vehicle. SAYFSM will provide a voucher for a taxi ride only when a client is too ill to take public transportation. 651-644-3983
